Most productivity advice was designed for neurotypical brains. My coaching is designed specifically for the way ADHD brains actually work — the intensity, the creativity, the executive function challenges, the nervous system sensitivity.

We don't start with what's broken. We start with what's working — your creativity, your intensity, your way of seeing the world — and build from there.

Nervous-system-informed

ADHD is a nervous system difference. Sessions are paced and structured to feel regulating, not overwhelming. We notice what activates you and what settles you.

Not hacks, not shortcuts. We build structures that work with your actual life — and that hold up when you're tired, overwhelmed, or in a season of change.
